While I found this pizza flavorful, the crust was slightly undercooked and the dough had a slight manufactured quality. Like a mass produced product. It’s trying to be authentic but it’s really not. I’m Italy the toppings are used sparingly this is overloaded drippy and gooey, it’s a hot mess. I will say the cheese was very fresh but ultimately i can only give this 3 out of 8 slices
