This is Pizza the way it's ment to be; pure and simple. When you order you are given a time it will be finished. Good thing because there are only two high top square exposed wood tables and no chairs. This is for the purist! There is no phone and they are only open 5 days per week from 5:30-10:30.

Your pie selections are limited to 3 possibly 4 and two bottles sodas. Diet? Screw you!

The pizza has such a great reputation I was expecting a pizza artisans egos to be of biblical proportions.

Joe the owner and his assistant or partner sorry i forgot his name(lets call him Joe too) could not be more kind, humble and gracious.

I'm going to tell you it's worth it to go there just to interact with Joe and Joe.

If you like the freshest local of ingredients, thin crust served right out if the oven served hand crafted to a very very limited number of customers then you owe it to your gastronomic curiosities to try this amazing pizza.

Just watching Joe take the most care in every step to make your pie as if you were the most important food critic is worth the price of admission.
