I am told by mio cugino that this is one of the most popular pizza joints with the bar crowd in Pescara, Italy. My cousin likened it to "Pat's Steaks" of Philly in it's popularity with the locals. It was interesting the way they roll it up "to eat on the go".
You can see it's small pizza's cooked in a pan. Tangy sauce sprinkled with shredded mozzarella. Love the bottom when it's slightly burnt with air pockets..
