This is chain pizza but wait do not judge until you read more...... it's an italian Chain and this pizzeria may be their very first in the USA although at the time of writing this blog they have 9 in the states.
This is fresh classic Neapolitan Pizza Pie for the plate. Fresh Mozzarella Cheese, hand made thin crust. Notice the small pepperoni curves up. The best pepperoni always does that and the worst stays flat.
This pizza is not ment for sharing as it's plate pizza although if you like the pizza the person next to you is eating there is nothing wrong with exchanging a slice just make sure your slice and their slice is the same size!!!!
Why only 6 out of 8 slices, there was something about this pizza that just did not send me over the top but certainly it's great pizza.
