Pizzeria Stella



Very very good pizza.


Notice the pepperoni is curling up, this is the sign of good meat. Beware of pepperoni that is flat, I belive that is highly processed meat where the pepperoni on this pie is all natural.

The crust was near perfect, flavor was great even the atmosphere is fantastic with the pizza altar front and center where it should be to heighten the experience of being in a true Pizzeria. I can't quite figure out why I am not 1000% in love with this pizzeria however. Perhaps is the wood burning oven. The best pizza is cooked with very high temperatures and they can only be achieved with coal. I compliment Stephen Starr on another incredible restaurant but it still doesn't compete with Tacconelli's. Stay Tuned!
