Otto is a Pizzeria owned and operated by Mario Batali. I have had many many incredible Pizza experiences here. The last one however was very disappointing. This used to be pizza perfection and I'm going to give this incredible place another chance however for this review it's going to get 4 slices out of 8.
The pizza was over cooked so the sauce sort of dried up. The crust was burnt dry and opposed to the incredible burnt bubbles that you want on your cheese and bubbled crust. Non of that here.
I've had so many incredible experiences here I'd have to recommend you try it for the vino alone if you don't like the pizza. Perhaps after trying Zavino everything may takes a back seat. Stay tuned!
