What Can I say, Simply the best. The birth place of Pizza. Wow was it hot when it came out of the oven. Crust bubbling, cheese bubbling. Burnt spots on the bottom of the curst. My mother who I took to italy is very much an American Italian with emphasis on American and she complained that it was burnt but in my opinion it was anything but, it was perfect. It had an incredible curst and flavor. I'd recommend you go to Naples when in italy for this pizza, after Pompeii of course!
